Front Office Coordinator

Salary Range: $37,165 To 40,883 Annually

This position is the primary Front Office Coordinator and first point of contact for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC). The Front Office Coordinator is the first impression for the organization and prospective candidates will need to be comfortable working on the front lines of public perception and reputation. To be successful as the Front Office Coordinator, staff must maintain a high level of professionalism, both in appearance and etiquette, as this is also a customer service role. The primary responsibilities of the Front Office Coordinator will be to open the office each business day, answer and route incoming telephone calls to appropriate CRITFC staff, receive and distribute facsimiles/mail, and greet commissioners, guests, and staff members.
