Fishery Technician III
Fishery Science Department Portland Main Office
Biography
I am a fisheries technician with Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission, where I support conservation and research efforts for Pacific lamprey and salmon in the Columbia Basin. I hold an associate’s degree in applied science and fisheries technology from Mt. Hood. Community College and I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in marine biology and sustainable aquaculture from Unity University.
I am passionate about native fish recovery and the long-term sustainability of tribal fisheries. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two-year-old twins. I enjoy showing them how the work I am part of can help shape their future and how to connect with nature.
