Biography
My research is primarily focused on the fitness differences and genetic changes occurring between salmonids born in the hatchery setting and those born in nature. I am also interested in the genetic basis of important phenotypic traits in salmonids, such as size and migration timing. By exploring the genetic basis of fitness-related trait in salmonids, I aim to provide information that can be utilized in conservation management.
