Biography
Broadly, I am interested in how historical, geographical, and environmental factors shape landscape genetic structure in multiple systems, and its applied significance. I am currently developing CRITFC’s mobile laboratory, which will be deployed to gather in-season data providing real-time genetic stock and parentage assessment of salmonids, lamprey, and sturgeon at dams, hatcheries, and other facilities/sites throughout the Columbia River Basin. Outside of research, I find joy in trail running, white water boating, fly fishing, cooking, growing plants, and general outdoor wandering.
