Biography
Neely Perisich was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska. She is an enrolled member of the Tlingit & Haida Tribes of Alaska. She has ten years of experience working in Human Resources. Prior to working at CRITFC, she served as an HR Generalist with Goldbelt, Incorporated, an Alaska Native Corporation.
Her extensive background working in human resources includes experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, classification and compensation, performance management, employee relations, employment law, policy development and maintaining legal compliance.
Neely attended Portland State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and social science in 2011. She attended the University of Alaska and earned her master’s degree in public administration in 2016.
