Biography

Richard Seals, CPA CMA CFM CFE CGMA. Richard Seals has been the Chief Financial Officer for nonprofit service organizations in the Portland Metropolitan Area for over thirty years. He holds undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Information Systems Management as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Federal Taxation from California State University East Bay. Mr. Seals holds five professional licenses: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager, Certified Fraud Examiner and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

ACCOLADES – Richard was nominated as the CFO-of-the-Year by the Portland Business Journal.

BOARDS – Richard also has over thirty years of experience reporting to, and working with, various Boards, Commissions, Audit Committees, Investment Committees, and Oregon Budget Committees. Served as Board members with various organizations to include Clackamas County and Rotary International.
