Biography
As a fishery technician I work on a variety of field projects that include sea lion hazing and abundance estimation, coded-wire tagging wild juvenile fall Chinook on the Hanford Reach, parentage-based tagging at Chinook hatcheries, invasive species monitoring, and research/monitoring of adult and juvenile sturgeon. My specialties include adult and juvenile fish capture techniques, collecting and processing biological samples, operating and maintaining sampling equipment, working in remote locations, and I’m a certified boat operator.
