Biography
I began working for the Commission in 1990 as a Fishery Biologist. I’ve pursued a wide array of research interests at the Commission including: salmon stock assessment, Pacific lamprey homing, salmon life history evaluations, and developing novel approaches to fish restoration such as reconditioning kelt steelhead. Most recently I’ve worked on evaluating and managing pinniped impacts on salmon. Before I came to the Commission I worked for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game conducting research on kokanee and warm water fish ecology and population dynamics. I enjoy a good laugh, spending time with family and friends, building furniture, and most of all sports.
