Biography
Laura has worked in CRITFC’s Watershed Department since 2001 in a variety of positions. She currently is Deputy Watershed Manager and provides leadership and management of watershed restoration programs. She manages the Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF) for the tribes, involving over 100 salmon recovery projects in the Columbia River Basin. She also works on regional climate change, habitat and water quality issues. Prior to CRITFC, Laura was the Associate Director of the Center for Environmental Education at Washington State University. She has experience with federal, non-governmental, and international organizations in environmental and cultural management work.
