Biography
Lydia Garcia has deep experience in the field of human resources. Prior to joining CRITFC, Lydia served as Head of Talent for the Americas Region for Doc Martens Footwear. Before that, she was Director of Human Resources at Elephants Delicatessen.
Lydia has expertise in all areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, development and employee relations. She has a passion for HR technology and making HR processes easy and accessible. She helps leaders make their workplaces more equitable, inclusive and fun.
Lydia currently serves as Vice President of the Portland Human Resources Management Association. Her family is from Lima, Peru and she is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
